Prostate Training

Dr Anna is showing two student nurses how to conduct a prostate examination. The girls giggle as she lifts the gentlemans gown and they see his penis. As the doctor inserts her finger up his anus, his cock begins to twitch. By the time she has finished probing his asshole, he has developed a semi. Anna explains this is normal and that the male G spot if up their ass. In cases like this, its best to jerk them off so they can go home relaxed, she explains, so they take turns wanking him. When Anna sucks him off he soon ejaculates!
